Spanish Day 2016

The day was packed full and the children enjoyed the variety of activities from Flamenco dancing and Zumba to Patatas Bravas and Picasso!

‘I loved the flamenco lesson- it made my wrists very tired!’ Chloe, Year 3

‘I’ve enjoyed having the chance to do Zumba, the dance moves and loud music were the best!’ Ali, Year 3

‘The Patas Bravas was my favourite but the chicken wrap was yummy too!’ Mindy, Year 5

‘In Art we got to choose our own design to make a mosaic like Joan Miro.’ Ava, Year 4

‘The songs we learn in our lessons with Mr. Roman helps us to learn and remember Spanish.’ Olivia, Year 6

Thank you very much to Mariana, in Y6B’S mum, Karin Saenz- Miller, for volunteering her time to do Zumba with the Key Stage 2 children at lunch time.
